Other Benefits |
Life Insurance | Macrolink provides $15,000 of life insurance to eligible full time employees. Additional life insurance is available in increments of $10,000, up to five times your salary, to a maximum of $300,000.
Voluntary spouse and dependent coverage is also available
at the employee’s cost. |

Macrolink provides a voluntary Long Term Disability plan
for employees at the employees cost. |
AD&D Coverage | Macrolink provides $15,000 of AD&D coverage to all eligible full time employees. |
Vision Benefit |
All regular full time employees are eligible to participate
in this benefit on the first of the month following 30 days of continuous
service. This includes eye examinations and vision correction (glasses or
contact lenses) of employees. Employees pay the first $20.00 towards the
expense; we will pay the next $100.00 per calendar year. |
Flexible Spending Accounts |
All employees are eligible to participate in the health
care spending account and child/elder care spending account the first of
the month following 30 days of service. This program assists the employee
in offsetting medical costs by pre-designating pre-tax deductions. |
401(k) Plan |
Regular full time employees are eligible to participate in
the 401K Plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of
continuous employment. Macrolink will contribute for each participant, a
matching contribution equal to 25% of the participant's "eligible
contributions." This matching contribution is subject to change at the
discretion of the Advisory Committee. |
Paid Time Off |
Regular full time exempt employees accrue 15 days of PTO per year, while
regular full time non-exempt employees accrue 12 days of PTO per year, for
up to 5 years of continuous service. After 5 years of continuous service,
regular full time employees may accrue from 17 to 28 days of Paid Time Off
each year depending on employment status and length of service.
Exempt and non-exempt Paid Time Off days include vacation
days and sick days. Macrolink also offers a
program to buy-back unused Paid Time Off. |
7 Year Bonus | A cash bonus of 2 weeks pay is given upon completion of each 7 years of employment. |
Tuition Reimbursement |
We encourage educational and professional development. All
regular, full time employees are eligible to participate after 30 days of
continuous employment. The company will reimburse up to $2,000.00 per
calendar year for tuition, laboratory fees, textbooks, and other
materials. |

Health Club Reimbursement |
Macrolink will reimburse ½ of the monthly dues up to $25.00
per month for health club dues of employees. |
Flextime | All employees are eligible to participate in our flexible scheduling with approval of their supervisor. |
Smoking Policy | In order to encourage and promote good health, Macrolink, Inc. is designated as a NO SMOKING facility. |
At-Will Statement |
Macrolink is an at-will employer, and cannot guarantee
employment for any specific duration. You or the Company may terminate
your employment at any time, with or without cause. This policy may not be
changed except in writing and when signed by the President of Macrolink.
